“Double Feature“ Workshop: Prenatal + Children’s Yoga
This day of learning features two workshops for the price of one! In the morning, Rachel Cusumano will introduce us to Prenatal Yoga. We will discuss the many common pregnancy discomforts and ways to sooth them with yoga. We will learn how and why certain yoga poses can help during labor and birth. We will also cover what a safe postpartum practice looks like. If time allows, we’ll pair up and cover some prenatal partner poses!

About the Instructor:
After years of competitive dance and classical ballet training, Rachel began practicing yoga in 2009.
